Bio 

Mariana Marinato (1997) is a visual artist and muralist from Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, where she lives and works. She uses painting as her main artistic language, basing her work on aspects of Brazilian culture. Her focus is on the transitory nature of life and social dynamics, often exploring the intersections between time, territory and belonging. Her production is also intertwined with experiences in urban painting, where she addresses reflections based on experiences.

 

Mariana has a degree in Visual Arts from the Free School of Art - Arena da Cultura (2016-2018) and is currently studying Plastic Arts at the Guignard School - State University of Minas Gerais.

 

His work has been featured in group exhibitions at the Palácio das Artes, BH (2023); Mama Cadela Gallery, BH (2023); Casa Guignard Museum, Ouro Preto - MG (2024), Inimá de Paula Museum, BH (2024); Quarto Amado Gallery, BH (2020).
