Refund and return policy

1. The consumer has a period of 7 (seven) calendar days - counting from the date of receipt of the merchandise - to request the return of the product, in accordance with article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code.

2. The product must be in the original packaging, without signs of misuse and with the original label. If the package arrives at its final destination apparently damaged, the customer must not accept the order, informing the delivery person of the reason. If the package is accepted by the customer, we will not be responsible for stolen or damaged products.​

3. Order cancellations will be accepted with a full refund of amounts paid only if not yet dispatched. If they have already been sent to the consumer, we ask that they be returned in their undamaged packaging and the refund will be made minus shipping costs.

4. The consumer can also request cancellation immediately after completing the purchase process. So that we can act as quickly as possible, before your product is shipped, please contact our Customer Service Center on (31) 99253 2955.

5. Deliveries not made due to registration errors will be returned to the sender. The cost of reshipment is the customer's responsibility.

6. Shipping and transportation costs for product exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the consumer.

Refund (when applicable)

7. For the cancellation to be made, the product must return to the Distribution Center, located in Belo Horizonte, where we will carry out a screening process to analyze the request.

8. The refund process due to product cancellation or defect will only begin after receipt of the product at our Distribution Center, where its conditions will be checked.

9. To authorize the return, the consumer must inform the reason for returning the purchased product through the website's official contacts. The request will be analyzed and the appropriate procedures will be followed.

10. Once the returned product is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

11. If approved, the refund will be processed. We will automatically issue credit to your credit card or account within a few days.
